Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a Civil Engineering degree to join Bansal Industries. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in managing projects related to PEB and PreFab construction. The candidate should possess a strong command over Telugu, English, and Hindi languages to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Cost and Budget Control:
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Team Management and Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to foster their professional development.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
  • Checking and Preparation of Contractors Bills:
  • Review contractor invoices and ensure accuracy.
  • Verify work completed against contractual agreements.
  • Prepare and submit bills to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Coordination and Survey Knowledge:
  • Coordinate with survey teams to collect and analyze data.
  • Interpret survey findings to inform project decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Good Coordination Skills with Clients/Departments and Team:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in PEB and PreFab construction.
  • Strong command over Telugu, English, and Hindi languages.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and schedule.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
