Associate Manager (US Insurance)

Job Description – AM Level 2

1. Designation : Assistant Manager (Level 2)

2. Reporting Structure : Senior Manager/ Business Head

3. Work Shift : Day shift, but must be flexible for extended / night shift

Assistant Manager Requirements:

Experience in Commercial Insurance Sector preferably with USA P&C Insurance experience

Experience as an assistant manager or Senior lead with P&C insurance experience

Excellent Communication Skill

Excellent reporting and presentation skills ( good hands-on MS Office tools)

Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.

Have the ability to work autonomously when required.

Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.

Ensure availability to attend client and project/process requirements and organizational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
