Job Description:-

Identify Vacant Shops For Leasing/Renting In Key High Street Markets And Malls.

Identify Shops & Showrooms Expected To Be Vacated And Establish Contact With Landlords For Their Future Leasing/Renting Requirements.

Responsible For Maintaining Cordial Relationships With All Landlords His/Her Territory.

Market Mapping: Track Brands/Rentals And Sales Figures For Key Brands/Showrooms In Key Markets/Malls.

Other Requirements:-

Qualification - Should be Graduate (Any recognised university)

Experience - 1 year or Fresher

Salary - 18K + 20 K

Travel friendly/willing to travel

Have a good family background

Transport: Two Wheeler Ownership Mandatory

Outstation Travel: Willing To Travel To Nearby Towns/Cities Overnight

Computer Knowledge : MS Office – PPT, Excel, Ms Word, MS-Paint.
