Job Title:Academic Operations Intern

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India

Work Week:6 days/week (Mon-Sat)

Stipend: 10000/Month

Role Overview: As an Academic Operations Intern for Unacademy’s offline UG centers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations. You will assist students, manage schedules, and handle various operational tasks to create an optimal learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Students: Provide guidance and support to students regarding course materials, schedules, and academic queries.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain timetables for classes, exams, and other academic activities to ensure effective utilization of resources and adherence to curriculum requirements.
  • Academic Coordination: Collaborate with instructors and faculty members to coordinate teaching schedules, class assignments, and examination procedures.
  • Operational Support: Manage day-to-day operational tasks such as inventory management, facility maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Student Engagement: Organize and facilitate student workshops, seminars, and events to enhance engagement and foster a vibrant learning community.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and other relevant data for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by students, faculty, or staff members in a timely and effective manner to ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
    • Passion for education and a commitment to promoting a culture of learning and academic excellence.
    • Previous experience in academic administration or operations will be an advantage.
