Company Description

Kumaran started the journey in the Capital of Central region of India; Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh in 1972 as sheet metal fabricator.

Today Kumaran has two verticals in product portfolio. Being a metal fabrication industry, we offer Fabricated components for Industrial motors and generators, Indian and European Traction industries, and blowers for Industrial applications.

In first vertical: We manufacture Cooling Fans, Heat Exchangers for High Voltage motors and Generators Manufactures. We are certified with EN 15085-2 and Wet Painting.

In second Vertical: We design and manufacture the Blowers & cooling units for several Industries along with testing services.

Kumaran is an industry leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality custom, semi-custom, and standard fans ranging from heavy duty industrial process fans to OEM fans.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Kumaran Engineering Pvt. Ltd located in Bhopal. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Accounts Manager one who is responsible for systematic and accurate recordings of all financial transactions, adhering to statutory compliance and reporting to management to know the actual financial position of the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in independently filing GST and ability of liaison with govt. agencies
  • Experience in taxation related activities and filing the same independently
  • Proven experience in managing client accounts and building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs
  • Attention to detail and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software like SAP
  • Experience in the engineering industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or related field

Residence of Bhopal is a must or want to settle in Bhopal.
