Role : Oracle Technical Cloud (AIC ) @ Associate 2 level

Work Exp.: 3 - 5 years

Work Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad , India

The Oracle Technical Primary Analyst is expected to be able to help our client with answering queries, resolving issues and incidents and providing best practice where required. The candidate will also work on requests for changes and enhancements. The candidate will be expected to have a strong knowledge and hands on experience of Oracle Cloud technical areas

  • Strong technical skills around OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting, Hyperion FRS Reporting, Smart View, User Provisioning, and Custom Role Creation in Oracle Fusion, Web-Services (SOAP/REST), WebLogic, ADF, ICS, SOA-CS, JCS/JCS-SX, DBCS.
  • Strong knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Good knowledge on Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Table structure.
  • Should have very good knowledge on Coding, Debugging and Design.
  • Expertise in creating Interfaces through Standard REST and SOAP Service.
  • Expertise in using FBDI and ADFDI templates in Oracle.
  • Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
  • Knowledge of VBCS and APEX will be a plus.

The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues.

What you’ll do

Providing technical consultancy in the area of Oracle Applications, primarily around Oracle Cloud modules including, but not restricted to, the following:

  • At least 5 to 8 year plus experience of Oracle Cloud applications or ERP
  • Assessing and delivering new technical enhancements developments for clients
  • Troubleshoot & Analyze Oracle application functionality, Setup, Configuration, Process and Data Issue
  • Resolution of incidents/problems for the client
  • Assisting with upgrades to newer versions of the application
  • Creating/updating technical specifications and testing of fixes and enhancements
  • Liaising internally with DBA and Development teams and help desk and externally with client staff
  • Liaising with Oracle Support
  • Following ITIL processes such as incident/problem and change management procedures
  • Good knowledge of Oracle processes around Oracle Financial/SCM modules/applications
  • Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality
  • Coordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within SLA
  • Impart training to the team to build competencies and reduce gaps
  • Work and communicate with clients on the status and issue seamlessly

What you’ll bring

  • Good knowledge of Oracle processes around Oracle Financials modules/applications
  • At least 4 year plus experience of Oracle Technical experience on Cloud/ERP Applications
  • Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements to Oracle cloud functionality
  • Good knowledge of business processes in the Record to Report and Procure to Pay areas
  • Client-facing experience
  • Good general IT skills
  • Experience of working in a Support environment
  • Able to travel to client locations
