We are into manufacturing of Corrugated Cartons since 1989.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vapi for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets and goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including market analysis, customer acquisition, and sales forecasting
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities and challenges
  • Results-oriented and driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets and goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the packaging industry and knowledge of the local market is a plus
