Context:
The Assistant manager of Financial Systems will primarily be responsible for administration, management, and support activities associated with RPA (UI path) and other Finance systems. This will include partnering with the Enterprise, International and Regional leaders in the different supported areas, such as Controllership, Disney Worldwide Shared Services, Tax, Finance, Sourcing & Procurement and Business Operations amongst others. As part of the day-to day activities, the role will liaise with the different business stakeholders on system strategies leading to process improvement and technology solution implementations. Will lead the selection of technology tools, identification, and specification of systems enhancements. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of UI path and must be experienced in programming languages.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month end closing for accrual accounting.
  • Responsible for Application Support on UI path and OCR system
  • System usage policies and procedures documentation
  • Incident detection, response, and remediation
  • Problem solving
  • Assistance with day-to-day use of the system
  • Solution designing
  • Solution Architect in RPA
