Job Description Summary1. Responsibility for ensuring the execution of the production planning in terms of quantity, quality, cost (predictable product flow), safety and Goods Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Principal Accountabilities
    • ETO
    Compliance with the targeted production compliance for ETO to ensure smooth production and material flow. Ensure compliance of quality objective of ETO function To look after the day to day ETO operation, maintenance and compliances to various audits for ETO area To understand the safety requirements and ensure maintenance and sustain of electrical fitments and safety fitments as per the laid down norms and operational guidelines Actively participate in implementing the validation initiatives and ensure predictable product flow for sterilization process for ETO. Responsibility for the upkeep of machines and its breakdown/ preventive maintenance. Forecasts of machine spare parts for ETO.
    • Manufacturing
    Ensuring execution of the production plan in terms of quantity, quality, cost, safety and Goods manufacturing practices in the respective shifts. Ensuring smooth flow of work on the shop floor resulting in to environment conductive to high productivity. SAP reporting Responsible for attending the day to day activity on the shop floor and to have technical strength in the areas of machine maintenance, and ETO operation and maintenance. Drive LDMS and ensure CI initiatives are managed by shop floor associates by bringing in a ‘cultural change’ and formation ‘self-managed teams’.
    • People Development / Employee Relation & Engagement
    Actively involved in Training and Development of shop floor associates i.e. adherence to Training Calendar, Cross Functional Skills Capability Reviews, etc. by closely working with the Human Resources Function Ensure timely completion of Performance and Development Process i.e. individual objective setting, coaching, performance evaluation (mid-year, probation, annual appraisals, accelerated growth plan for unsatisfactory cases, etc.) and development planning. Be a partner in sustaining and improving upon the Employee Relations To actively participate and drive people participation / involvement in people engagement initiativesPrincipal Accountabilities
