Role Description

As an Assistant Project Head, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of various events. You will work closely with the Project Head and other team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly. You will be involved in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various tasks and workstreams, such as vendor management, venue management, logistics, event setup and teardown, and on-site event management. This is a full-time on-site role located in Karnal.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other event management software
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
