Overview

PENNEP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to join our client’s team and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant café. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all cafe operations, covering inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Establish and maintain efficient procedures to enhance workflow and minimize wastage.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a cohesive and motivated team.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refresh menus aligned with current trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure food and beverage offerings meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, adhering to food safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any compliance issues.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in café or restaurant management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, cost management, and menu development.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
