  • Laboratory Chemicals provides over 100,000 catalog products ranging from solvents, reagents, impetuses, organic building blocks, screening libraries, analytical standards, bioreagents, precious metals, salts and solutions
  • Laboratory Equipment category includes equipment, accessories, and services for sample preparation, storage and protection, and analysis.
  • Laboratory Consumables category includes sample preparation and storage, liquid handling, and specialty plastics and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Key performance indicator would be the performance of the regions with which CM is associated- Coordination with Operations regarding all major operation related issues for the region and ensure to resolve the issues.
  • Responsible for leading the pan-India revenue metrics for New Make in India Range of products
  • Proactive approach to ensure and support LSI team to achieve working capital & revenue objective- Meets assigned AR collections in assigned territory in coordination with Field & Finance for collecting all dues in time
  • Rationalizing/optimization of channels across segments and the Region.
  • Supervising all statutory forms and ensures meeting the set norms - Ensure channel compliance basis Finalization of Channel Agreements and company guidelines
  • Drive Secondary Sales data collection and useful analytics
  • Present Sales Analytics to the sales team- Monitor & supervise overall distributor performance and provide indicators to the regional team to take future decisions

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications / Skills:

Any graduate with a Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a commercial role.

  • Must have experience in handling Dealer/Channel Partners.
  • Experience from similar industry will be preferred.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge in any of the lab range of product lines (Consumables OR Chemicals OR Equipment’s), also should possess strong market and territory knowledge.
  • System knowledge & Presentation skills( Excel/ PPT/Power BI etc) , will be added advantage .
