Sr Manager

The Opportunity
The position is that of a Sr Manager-Compensation & Benefits to be based at
Coimbatore.
To Lead the complete compensation & benefit plans, payroll, Audits, reward
schemes and other related policies.

Responsibilities

ï‚
  • Benchmark existing policies and processes internally and with industry
    modern practices to recommend best-in-class practices for implementation.
    ï‚
  • Analysing the benchmarking data and drawing up remuneration proposals ,
    on an annual basis.
    ï‚
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with Organizational
    Vision and work culture.
    ï‚
  • Designing specific Long-Term Incentive schemes / Retention Bonus schemes,
    etc. to engage and retain Leaders / Top Talent / Critical Talent.
    ï‚
  • Liaise with the different authorities to handle critical matters related to labor
    laws.
    ï‚
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of computation of pay changes during
    entire employee life cycle (Hiring, Promotion, Transfers, Retirement, Exits).

    Requirements

    ï‚
  • 10+ years’ of related experience in Human Resources, specializing in

    Compensation & Benefits.

    ï‚
  • Hands on exposure in handling end to end aspects of the C&B function from
    conceptualization to execution.
    ï‚
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to network with internal &
    external personnel in area of expertise
    ï‚
  • MBA mandatory
