Looking for an ideal candidate having 8-10 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Department in Automotive/Auto-Ancillary Industry.

Client is a leading Automotive MNC.

Job Title: Team Leader - Manufacturing

Education and Experience : B.E./B. Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) with 8-10 years of experience in Production Department in Auto/Auto-Ancillary Industry.

Job Description
  • Maintain 4’s standard in Assy. Line.
  • Controlling waste material and action for reduction.
  • Rejection analysis and Follow-up with PPC for Overall plant production plan & capacity calculation based on plan.
  • Ensure production review meeting on time with all respective indicators.
  • Identify the Manpower requirement plan and coordination with HR.
  • Implement daily production plan based on PPC plan.
  • Verify RED bin analysis data and action.
  • Verify daily base rejection and ensure action through red bin analysis.
  • Monthly rejection graph & others sheet release.
  • Update daily production plan vs actual with losses sheet.
  • All documentation ex. W/I, daily defect sheet, rejection trends, display board updating.
  • COR data entry with action plan.
  • Asakai meeting action identification.
  • Ensure timely fill all display board data.
  • Co-ordinate with Line supervisor and kaizen follow-up.
  • Responsible for Customers, NC closers.
  • Training as per skill matrix plan & update Skill matrix Plan.
  • Identify the Scrap control guideline line and implement Prepare scrap display system.
  • Ensure implementation of skill matrix, manpower skill up gradation plan.
  • Ensure implementation of skill matrix, manpower skill up gradation plan.


Desired Profile

Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Department in Automotive/Auto-Ancillary Industry.
