ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Client Success Manager for Display Ads at Xapads Media, you’ll be the main contact for clients, bridging communication between clients, the agency, and internal teams. You’ll keep communication channels open, sharing campaign updates, insights, and optimization recommendations. Your role also involves establishing strong client relationships and guiding them to success using the DV360/DCM platform, offering strategic advice and support to enhance campaign performance and achieve business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and key performance
    indicators (KPIs)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are
    exceeded.
  • Develop strategic advertising plans aligned with client goals, leveraging DV360/DCM capabilities to
    maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring, implementing ongoing optimizations
    to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive campaign reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for
    improvement and for upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom reporting solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with client for timely closure of billing numbers and payments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital advertisement, with a focus on display advertising.
  • Deep understanding of Display ads / Display Campaigns like CPM, CPC, Display, Video, Audio, CTV
    campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing successful display advertising campaigns and driving results for
    clients.
  • In-depth understanding of the tools like DV360 & DCM.
