Job Role

Compensation and benefits associate will be responsible for ensuring fair and accurate compensation, including regular salaries, bonuses, stock options, pensions, and any additional types of employee benefits.

Job Description:

  • Compensation planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly/quarterly/annual bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets - all with accompanying analytics and approving compensation offers shared by talent acquisition team.
  • Prepares manpower forecasting and budgeting, compensation budgets, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget.
  • Coordinates C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
  • Designs and develops compensation policies and makes amendments as and when required.
  • Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness and proposes benchmarking reports in line with that.
  • Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions)
  • Provides analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics.

Skills Required:

  • Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.Expert in MS excel formulas and reportings.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
