Position is for a Techno-functional Oracle Retail SME with 8+ years of relevant implementation experience.

Expertise in Modules (at least 3)

  • Oracle Retail Merchandising System
  • Oracle Retail Sales Audit
  • Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management
  • Oracle Retail Price Management
  • Oracle Retail Data Warehousing

(Or) On Cloud

  • Merchandizing Foundation Cloud Service
  • Invoice Matching Cloud Service
  • Retail Sales Audit Cloud Service
  • Pricing Cloud Services
  • Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services

Job Responsibilities

  • Good Knowledge of Oracle Retail suite
  • Acts as a senior staff and mentor experienced Consultants.
  • Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
  • Leads all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
  • Expert in leading technology-based conversations yet connecting all the business drivers with customers.
  • You will work as part of a multi-functional team with the Client, Partners & Deloitte entities to sell, build & deliver digital transformation engagements.
  • Must have managed a team of at least ten (10) members.

Education & Experience

  • BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.

Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Detailed understanding of various areas of Retail business: Items, Purchase Orders, Deals, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Sales, Planning

We expect candidate to have

  • Strong Retail business processes knowledge and concepts.
  • 2 Implementation and 2 Support experience
  • Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Retail Applications.
  • Worked on various suite of products in the Retail domain (v16 and above).
  • Sound technical, functional, and analytical abilities with extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies, PL/SQL, ADF and Unix Shell Scripting
  • Experience in both application development as well as application support roles
  • Strong team player so you leverage each other’s strengths. You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams often.
  • Strong learning orientation so you keep abreast of the emerging business models/processes, applications product solutions, product features, technology features – and use this learning to deliver value to customers daily.
  • High flexibility so you remain agile in a fast-changing business and organizational environment.
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support, and test activities.
  • Familiar with standard Retail Integrations
