The Team
The team supports Clients & Industries Partners /Leaders with internal strategy, operations & account planning through in-depth sales & revenue data analysis, research and MIS reporting. With a good understanding of the firm’s breath & depth of offerings, we work in conjecture with stakeholders across the firm to solve key business problems, report actionable insights and support any ongoing firm wide initiative or change.

Work you’ll do

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to diverse project experiences. You will gain exposure to a variety of business problems as you work with senior leaders across the firm to drive strategic growth and identify opportunities from emerging trends. You will also assist in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that enable Deloitte Consulting to be more future ready.

While the specific job deliverables will vary according to stakeholder needs, our practitioners have the broad skills needed to work on a wide variety of business initiatives.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, cross-location collaboration, drive and ownership, empathy, integrity, and candor.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving aptitude
• Ability & experience of handling large sets of data, analyses & reporting
• Ability to deliver independently
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Experience of working with CRM data is an added advantage

A Consultant / Senior Consultant understands objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns own work to objectives and sets personal priorities. They develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador.

Key Job responsibilities

• Analyze sales, pipeline, and revenue data to develop insights for Leadership
• MIS & Reporting for sectors, clients and offerings
• Work closely with Leadership for internal strategy development & account planning
• Build relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and other stakeholders
• CRM database - adoption, enhancements & hygiene
• Liaison with teams as required for reporting, meetings or problem solving
• Understand objectives for clients and Deloitte, align own work to objectives and set personal priorities
• Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador
