Job Description:

1. Manage compensation systems- Run mid-year & annual compensation cycle along with pay for performance on the compensation system & support in timely closure within the governance frameworks.

2. Annual Incentive plan design & policy rollout- Provide support to the BCOE for designing, developing policies (eg. AIP) & communication.

3. Reward & Recognition Programs– Design & execute various R&R programs with end to end process management

4. System & Query Management– Ensure systems accuracy with regards to data points on structure, policies etc. Manage employee queries on rewards & provide inputs for revision in policies / processes based on analysis & feedback

5. MIS & Data analytics– Maintain MIS for various plans & processes. Monitor manpower & compensation report & provide trends, insights based on analysis of the MIS reports.

6. LTIPs- Responsible for LTIP data maintenance, timely vesting of grant & communication as per GHR guidelines

7 .Hiring support– Design compensation fitment for new hires / mobility cases based on applicable policies & governance
