We require " Field Marketing Manager/Executives " for our leading sports manufacturing company with brand name " ZAP Sports". Candidate should play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand awareness across India. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a passion for sports and a proven track record in field marketing strategies.Job Responsibilities
- To develop and execute strategic field marketing plans to increase sales and market share in key regions across India
- Identify and establish partnerships with sports retailers, distributers, and key stakeholders to expand ZAP Sports presence in the market.
- Organize and execute promotional events, product demonstrations, and experimental marketing initiative to engage consumers and drive brand loyalty.
- Represent ZAP Sports at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with key stakeholders and promote brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, informing marketing strategies and product development initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, emerging opportunities to inform marketing and stay ahead of curve.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with players, coaches , sports associations, and influencers to drive brand advocacy and endorsement opportunities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is plus.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of the Indian sports market, including consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Passion for sports and deep understanding of athlete needs and preferences.
- Willingness to travel anywhere in India as needed.
