Leading a School of Design and Multimedia with a student-focused approach.
Responsibility and accountability for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the Department in line with Faculty. Managing student discipline and learning experience.
Responsibility for Teaching the Students. Delivering sessions on the Syllabus as per university norms.
Promotion and representation of the college both internally and externally
Provision of the best possible student experience through, the fulfillment of the College responsibilities concerning students in respect of their admission, internship, placement, progress, and examination.
Review and develop new programs in order to attract new students and Markets.
Ensuring that staff performance is managed appropriately and that fair workload allocation processes are in place.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in teaching in Universities/Colleges. Industry experience would be an addition.
Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
3D modeling and animation software (Autodesk Maya, Maxon Cinema 4D)
Web and interactive design tools (Adobe XD, Figma)
Video and motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
Digital audio and music production tools (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools)
3d and 2d animation - Blender, Maya , Animate
