Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at ConnectUs Infoway LLP. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including recruitment and hiring, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This is an on-site role located in Rajkot.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR management
  • Experience in recruitment and hiring processes
  • Knowledge of training and development techniques
  • Understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Experience in performance management and goal setting
  • Expertise in policy development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
