Junior IT Recruiter

Wisdom InfoTech is a 20 year award-winning IT services firm in Milwaukee, WI, USA providing value-added software solutions and services to clients, nationally, in a wide verity of industry and computing environment. We have an immediate opportunity in Chennai, India office for a Junior Recruiter for IT Consulting division.

You must be passionate about people and help our clients to achieve their business goals with our talent hires

Recruiters

· Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified consultants

· Build relationships with Consultants/Candidates for the provided geography

· Source and screen potential candidates for the technical requirements

· Draft recruiting emails, design and update job descriptions for the technical fulfillment

· Facilitate candidates placement with our Clients and solicit referrals from the contacts

· Submit highly qualified candidates to our HNI Clients

· Exceed Daily Targets and create pipelines for Monthly Targets

· Must have and develop strong networking ability to connect with people

· Assist HR in on boarding process of candidates

Qualifications:

· BE/ B.Tech / Computer Science or Business administration graduates are needed

· Any graduate in Marketing, Sales, Psychology, HR, are considered

· 2+ year’s Experience in the IT Recruiting, IT Sourcing, IT Screening is must

· 2+ year’s Experience in Sourcing Java Profiles / C, C++C# profiles / Dot Net Profiles /Python Profiles / MVC Profiles / Full-stack Profiles / Ruby on Rails Profiles is needed

· Experience in Social Media Marketing is an added advantage

· Good written and Verbal Communication.

· Should be a team player.

· Must be willing to work on hours across the US time zones to recruit/connect with candidates

Compensation:

Attractive base and variable

Travel to US office accordingly.

Work Location:

· Work from Home, Chennai, India

Work hours:

9.00 Pm to 6.00 Am IST (Night Shift)
