Company Description
The Gelato Studio is an upcoming Coffee and Gelato Studio with 36 covers, in the heart of the growing and bustling industrial city called Boisar. 1 hour from Virar and 20 minutes from Dahanu.

The team is led by Chef Milind Shah, whi is a Private chef, Sous Chef at Oberoi Hotels, Executive Sous Chef at Lohono Stays, and Food Content creator on Instagram with a page called as @boisar_bhookkad l. Post graduted from the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, (O.C.L.D), Delhi.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site and even hourly paid role for a Line Cook located in Boisar east at The Gelato Studio. The Line Cook or Gealto maker will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking and plating dishes and fresh batched of Gelato in the Studio in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen area. The Line Cook/Gelato maker will also collaborate with other kitchen staff/owner/manager/Barista to ensure overall kitchen operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
  • No mandatory to have 1-year experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong, mild or even as a hobby or seeking knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and food safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively and be adaptable
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to channging menus, change in departments and working in mildly spacious area
  • High school diploma or equivalent and even people with non kitchen related domains certificates can apply.
  • Require to have interest in learning about cooking, gelato making, Barista skills and runnig a new model restaurant
