• To support Subordinates in preplanning and follow up of all jobs to utilize optimum resources - manpower & equipment.
• Controlling activities as defined and maintain Smooth run of overall stores and spares department
• Motivate the subordinates & Ensure for optimum performance to improve the operational efficiency.
• To communicate - training needs, process improvement suggestions & follow up on implementation.
• Provide feedbacks to management for budget planning, inventory control and manpower control.
• Ensure to follow of Daily Huddle / Check List / Reporting System is followed religiously on time.
• Provide Monthly Department MIS Data
• Reconciliation of RM / WIP entry in SAP, stock verification of RM / WIP.
• Coordinate with PPC & Other Production / WH team on daily basis for Production schedule and ensure availability of RM as per the schedule released.
• Analysis in SAP to check correct BOM is followed by Production Team & Communicate for required correction required if any.
• WIP Management & movement between Plant & W/H to arrange on time availability of supplies for the department
• Regular Monitoring of Inventory and update for the required action to be taken for Optimization.
• Inventory Check & Variance (if Any) analysis on Regular basis. As per sox requirement
• Other responsibilities as laid down in company procedures or as per the requirement by the management time to time.
• Daily activities include:
• Handling and controlling all store activity related to Raw material, Packing, Eng. Spare & consumables
• Proper 5 S system in entire Stores and Spares department
• Maintaining all consumable material stock inventory.
• Providing raw material and packing material to respective department.
• GRN making and stock statement update
• All issued material updated in a system on daily basis.
• Handling of all loading, unloading and dispatch.
• Handling & arrangement of all our internal transport transaction as per requirement.
• Controlling warehouse activity and forklift activity (loading, unloading & operation requirement )
• Handling and controlling wood cutting section and pallet making area.
• Handling repro transaction.
• Handling Scrap stock generation system.
  

• Conversant in SAP System.
• Work self-directed and independently with the Team.
• Excellent Computer Skills
  

• 7~8 years of experience
• Manufacturing plant exposure
• Conversant in SAP System.
• Work self-directed and independently with the Team.
• Excellent Computer Skills especially on Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of TPM is preferred.
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a Can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and
  

• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• The Position requires Shift duty.
