Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at CSML. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, drive customer acquisition and retention, and enhance our brand presence in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, promote products and services, and increase brand awareness.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize the insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns.

3. Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives, provide them with necessary marketing support, and ensure effective lead generation and conversion.

4. Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and display advertising.

5. Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral, to effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.

6. Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and provide regular reports to the management team.

7. Plan and execute events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads, build brand awareness, and establish thought leadership in the industry.

8. Collaborate with the Product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.

9. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function.

11. Ideations, marketing strategies, how to promote a brand internationally as well

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
