Job Title: Plant Manager – LPG Industry

Job Responsibilities –

As a Plant Manager/ Dy. Plant manager of an LPG Bottling plant you will be responsible for:

Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills. Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of plant and machineries viz. LPG carousal, pump, compressors, blowers, diesel engines, mounded storage vessels, fire-fighting systems and other equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring financial discipline in plant operation as well as for optimizing plant operations cost without compromising quality, safety, maintenance and security.

1. You are also accountable for ensuring preventive/ predictive maintenance of all equipment and facilities as per norm, managing inventory, providing highest quality of Service to our customers as well as for ensuring adherence to best HR practices and highest degree of safety and statutory norms in plant operations.

2. Responsible for production output and quality with optimal utilization of Assets and resources.

3. Monitor operations and Trigger corrective actions along with team building, decision making and Man Management skills apart from designing performance metrics.

They should also have good knowledge in handling shift operations and ‘Hazard area classification’ in a process plant. They must have sound knowledge about various ‘Safety systems’ such as GMS, water sprinkler, hydrant, monitor etc. along with emergency handling procedure in LPG/NG plant. They should also have thorough knowledge about various statutory norms applicable to Hazardous industries.

A keen eye for detail and accuracy, proficiency in trouble shooting of plant and machineries, ability to motivate and lead the team from front, capability to work in coordination with all concern including statutory authorities and oil marketing companies and aptitude to focus on every aspect with meticulousness are the desirable qualities we are looking for the potential LPG Plant Manager.

Good Systems Knowledge
The experience in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, SCADA, Instrumentation, Installation and Commissioning of equipment/plants will be preferred
Dynamic Engineers who can provide 24x7 technical assistance with flair for go getting attitude, conversant in English and Hindi.

Mandatory:
1. Thorough Knowledge of HSE, OISD standards, Familiar with various statutory department viz. PESO, Labor & Factories Department, Weights & Measure, Pollution control, etc.
2. Knowledge on TPM, TQM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Asset and inventory Management are additional preferences.

Industry: Candidates should preferably possess sufficient knowledge and skill in handling/operations of LPG plant/Natural Gas processing unit

Gender: Male

Experience: Minimum 7 years out of which 5+ years of experience should be in LPG Bottling Plant ( Preferably), in Petrochemical plant or Petroleum refinery on a supervisory/Lead role

Plant Location: Warangal, Madurai, Gorakhpur, Raipur, Nagour (candidate required from any of the mentioned location)

Working Days: 6 days

Reporting to: Plant Head

Qualification: : Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/ Instrumentation/Industrial Engineering/Civil (Four years course)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
