Job Title: Recovery Specialist

Department: Recovery

Location: Sirsi Road, Jaipur

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 3-5 Years

Salary Range: 20,000 - 25,000 INR

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for recovering outstanding debts or payments.

- Negotiate payment plans with debtors to ensure timely payments.

- Monitor overdue accounts and initiate collection actions.

- Liaise with legal teams or external agencies for escalated cases.

- Maintain accurate records of collections and payments.

- Provide regular updates on recovery efforts to management.

- Analyze market trends and assess potential risks in the real estate sector.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for debt recovery.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes related to payments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in debt recovery or collection, preferably in the real estate sector.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt collection.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Familiarity with local regulations governing debt collection practices.
