Job Role:

As a Scrum Master, you would be responsible for coaching team members on Agile methodologies and help create self-organizing teams that are equipped to prioritize, unblock and resolve and remain fully productive during sprints.

• Coach team members for using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
• Help build a self-organizing team, where members own the product
• Work with Product owners on managing backlogs, and new requirements
• Coordinate daily stand-ups, collaboration related to sprint tasks and retrospectives
• Facilitate internal communication, and conflict resolution
• Be the point of contact for external communication

Qualifications for Scrum Master

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master, and excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
