Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • As a Seller Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting sellers with various queries and issues

Through Calls And Emails. Your Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Handling seller inquiries related to payments (TDS, GST details, monthly cycle payment details, order-wise

payment details, etc.).

  • Reviewing and editing vendor live products on the application/website for rating and reviews hygiene.

Addressing pricing issues such as selling price updates and incorrect NSP updates.

  • Updating seller information such as bank details, company name/address, etc.
  • Resolving return disputes including issues with used, damaged, or wrong products received.
  • Managing marketing deductions claims and addressing pick and packaging related issues for vendors.

Basic Qualifications & Requirement

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum one-year experience in Seller Support & Emails profile within the e-commerce industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience and proficient typing skills.
  • Prior experience in handling complaints and escalations effectively.
  • Demonstrated dedication, sincerity, and willingness to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with basic knowledge of computer applications,

including Excel.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts from 10 AM to 7 PM with six days working (one roster off as per process

requirements).

  • Expected to handle around 100 emails and calls with high-quality responses.
