Job Title:Retail Field Executive/ Specialist E-waste (100% field work)

Location:Amritsar

CTC: 3 LPA Onwards

Depends on the interview and past work experience ( In the case of PG students)

NP:Immediate joiner

Purpose Of The Role: Manage Collection Centre and collection of IT & Consumer Electronics category electronic waste through the Electronics Retail Channel.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

•Mapping the e-waste market for potential waste collection sources, generating leads, and building relationships with the supplier vendors under Retail Channels.

• Monthly planning of e-waste procurement and ensuring regular supply of electronic waste through Retail Channels as per quality norms to meet the targets assigned.

• Training the supplier vendors on standard processes to ensure material quality and POE documentation compliance in the e-waste collection process.

• Ensuring all the collection transaction POE documentation is correctly updated on Karo’s mobile app within the prescribed timeline.

• Opening and operating the Collection Centre on all working days conducting monthly audits for the collection centre and supporting third-party audits whenever required.

• Coordinate the CC warehouse operations like regular maintenance of CC infrastructure, e-waste inventory management, arrangement and optimal utilization of labour, sorting and packing of e-waste material and dispatch of material as required.

• Liaise with the Head Office Logistics team with regard to stock reconciliation, outward dispatch coordination and vehicle deployment coordination at the field level.

• Coordinating and supporting various functional teams, like the MSTC team, POE, Finance, and Awareness team as required to support Company business priorities in Raipur.

• Executing awareness and collection campaigns in collaboration with the Awareness team.

• Manage relations with local SPCB officials.

Key Skills:

•Proven direct sales experience in channel/dealer/retailer/B2B/B2C market

• Experience into sale/distribution of IT(Desktop/laptop/hardware/networking)/Mobile handset/FMCG will be an added advantage • Good Communication skills in English/Hindi & local/regional language.

• Must have active listening skills, decision-making skills and logical reasoning.

• Necessary travel to coordinate the dispatches. Possession of an owned 2-wheeler will be helpful.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

KPIs 1 Timely opening of CC, Producer & Legal compliant CC and timely completion of Monthly CC audit 2 Electronics Retail Stores onboarding targets to be achieved 3 Monthly and Annual E-waste Collection target to be achieved 4 Correct POEs to be generated and uploaded in Karo App for each transaction of electronics waste Retail Collection Channels 5 Awareness targets to be met, if applicable
