Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for your team members.
  • Expert communicator.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of Ad Operations.
  • Expertise in either one of the domains - Search, Programmatic or Social.
  • Manage campaign SLAs, Quality metrics, and client-specific KPIs for your team.
  • Need to have results and a data-driven approach.
  • Quality Management - To implement corrective and preventative measures by conducting thorough root cause analysis.
  • To implement robust processes through thorough documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify training needs for the team by skill-set mapping and monthly performance reviews.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with your supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile

Key Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a people management capacity in a large or multi-site inbound operations center or similar dynamic environment supervising 10+ employees.Experience leading in a professional environment.Knowledge of Digital AdOps tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics.Excellent influencing skills and ability to work with key business partners.Prioritizes coaching needs and experience in developing employees to achieve optimal results.Able to develop coaching plans that incorporate observations and key performance trends.Leads a standard for high-quality work by consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals.Strong and effective written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor your message to your audience.A solution-oriented leader who demonstrates creativity and curiosity.
