Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide relevant information about the company’s offerings.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided for effective communication.
  • Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers to enhance brand loyalty. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Update customer information in the database accurately.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and call quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and support campaigns.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and proficiency in English are required.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work emciently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, patience, and resilience.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred. Female candidates preferred for this role.

Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate

Experienced Required

Minimum Experience required 2 Years as a tele caller.
