Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Executive located in Chennai. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and handling client relations. Effective communication skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Business Relationship Management, and Client Relations skills
  • Experience in customer service and client management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
