Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales telecalling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
  • Present and explain our products/services to prospects.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about products/services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall goals.

Ideal Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller in sales for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English is a plus in order to effectively liaise with the Stakeholders of the region.
