We are looking for an innovative and experienced quality analyst to join our team

Roles and Responsibilities

Create /update test plans, test strategy and test cases
Execution of test cases, report defects
Identify and escalate any blockers/risks to all levels of the organization
Defect tracking and follow up to closure
Create quality processes for the project and ensure it is followed
Send QA status updates to stake holders
Actively participating in recruitment, knowledge sharing, social activities like blog writing, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have a very good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Defect life cycle and agile methodologies
Should have an eye for detail and ability to think outside the box
Ability to analyse requirements, identify the gaps in it
Experience in writing/executing test cases, black box / functional / regression testing
Ability to switch contexts, enthusiasm to learn, passion to perform, ownership and responsibility
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge and/or exposure to mobile application testing is a plus point
Hands on experience in web automation tools like RFT, QTP, Selenium is a plus point
