Job content

· Monitor RegulatoryCompliance as per Quality Standards and others.

· Quality testing (Chemical and Microbiological) of Raw material, intermediate and finish Product.

· Responsible for Documentation of QA/QC.

· Expertise in driving QMS/QC Activities - OOS, Deviation, change Control, risk assessment, investigations, RCA, Audits, equipment calibration & validation on the shop floor for ensuring adherence to GMP and Regulatory Compliance.

· Responsible for Hygiene monitoring (Personal Hygiene Swab, Equipment Swab, Air Microbiology etc.)

· Promote quality awareness across all associates with delivering continuous training on processes for all associates.

· Participating in the process development and validation experiment in associated with the quality and process department.

· Preparation of EOP, SOP’s, STP’s and MSDS.

· Effective technical writings skills on all technical documents such as on SOPs, investigations, PQR, CPV report etc.

· Technical report response writing to remediate the audit observations with effective CAPA strategy and assess the impact at multiple locations

· Review the effectiveness check of CAPA resulted from OOS, Deviation, Customer complaints, recall, audits etc.

· Trending and assessment to work towards process and quality excellence initiatives to implement best practices.

· Simplification, standardization, harmonization of standards, systems to implement consistent practices across.

· Conducting internal audits at and making sure site operates in state of control and readiness state.itor Regulatory Compliances as per Quality Standards and others.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
