Position:QC Auditor Department: Quality GM

Responsibilities:

  • Shall have good communication with QC, QA, Merchandiser or supplier about the purpose and result before and after the audit.
  • Plan and schedule for inspection audit
  • Responsibility for different inspection audit including on site audit for inline and final inspection as well as shadow inspection
  • Review any discrepancy on QC inspection performance from Kmart requirement
  • Conduct self-inspection training for each GM supplier

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience in related product production or quality control field.
  • Specific experience in consumer product manufacturing and/or related quality control field.
  • Experience in Hardline, Electric and Electronic product inspection
  • Experience with Australia & International safety standard of related products
  • Better to have production line control experience
  • Good understanding of quality requirements for the products handled and AQL system.
  • Good capability for defect and negative finding judgement
  • Capable of training, coaching, governing Self-inspection factory QC
  • Proficient in English reading and writing, good oral English is preferred
