As a QA Lead for Jupitice Justice Technologies, you will be aligned with our company’s commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers and providing comprehensive, user-friendly documentation to support our users. As we continue to innovate and grow, we seek a Technical Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for Node.js web applications.
  • Execute automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and security of web applications.
  • Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective testing processes.
  • Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design and execute regression testing suites to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test suites for regression and feature testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Conduct manual testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and security of software applications.
  • Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Implement and maintain test environments, ensuring they are representative of production setups.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve and optimize the QA process.
  • Provide mentorship and training to QA team members.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to QA and testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Automation QA Engineer, with a focus on testing Node.js web applications.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, WebDriver, Puppeteer).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, especially Node.js, and related frameworks.
  • Solid experience with testing frameworks and libraries for Node.js applications.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with performance testing tools.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Knowledge of testing cloud-based applications.
  • Understanding of security testing practices.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
