Quality Assurance Engineer/ Sr. Engineer CNC Machine Shop

Quality process plan and inspection reports creation.
Responsible to monitor the implementation of quality enforcement as per the documented procedures.
Strong knowledge of the quality Instruments
Responsible for evolution and maintenance of a comprehensive quality system to cover the processing of composite products, machining , assembly and testing
activities.
Responsible for implementing the requirements for obtaining certifications from ISO, AS9100 as well as NADCAP.
Organize inspection/testing and ensure closing of material.
Analyze issues, identify root cause, implement action plan, and update quality plan.
Ensure availability and calibration of measurement facilities.
Should be familiar with CNC Machining and the processes like milling, boring & turning etc
Having knowledge of Aerospace Standards, QMS and Processes is an added advantage
