Job Profile
  • Liaise with the in Process and QC Personnel for product / process conformity and documentation / reports
  • Release the treated product while ensuring compliance with the respective protocol/technicalagreement; observe and record deviation, if any.
  • Ensure the awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organisation through training / meetings / notices /personal briefings etc.
  • Analyse all quality performance of Company by reviewing Quality records, Internal Quality Reports etc.
  • Be responsible, as applicable,for the GMP and Pharmaceutical Quality Systems requirements with respect to processing.
  • Be attending / facing Quality Audits and prepare related documentation
  • Co-ordinate all Corrective and Preventive Actions.
  • Irrespective of his/her responsibilities, when appointed as Management Representative (MR), will be responsible for ensuring that process of Quality Management Systems are established and maintained at the plant. He / She shall be responsible for preparation of Agenda and Minutes of Management Review Meetings.
  • MR will report to the Top Management on the performance of QMS, including need for improvement in management review meeting or/any other meeting. He/She shall also liaise with the Corporate QA / MR on all issues related to quality systems.
