Reduction of Customer & Warranty line rejections.
Ensure and improve in process quality
Enhance supplier quality performance
Ensure customer complaints and queries are handled within stipulated time
Facilitate customer audits & ensure adherence to specifications every time
Continuously monitor and implement the effective Quality system (Standard & Customer Specific Requirements)
Ensure adherence of MSA (Measurement System Analysis) & Calibration System.
Drive Vendor development through supplier Audits and certifications
Ensure implementation of quality management systems in the plant
