About Cloud & Network Services

Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.


Job Description


Nokia Cloud Operations Manager is looking for a SW developers with good analysis, design and implementation skills to build and deliver a world-class NFVO orchestration solution using JAVA and related technologies.


Job Responsibilities & Competencies


  • Should have a strong knowledge in designing and developing applications using Java SE and EE.
  • Should have hands-on experience in Containers, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, helm
  • Should have experience in testing frameworks: Junit, Jest, BDD, Cypress
  • Should have knowledge on WEB standards and technologies: REST, Node JS, JQuery, REACT, HTML, CSS, Application Server knowledge: Preferably Wildfly
  • Strong knowledge in Databases and related technologies Maria DB & ORM
  • Should have knowledge in scripting: Perl and Python
  • Should have knowledge in Git, Gerrit, Jira
  • Good understanding of Cloud-native principles
  • Should have knowledge on system/Performance testing in stand-alone and lab environment
  • Coordinate closely with architects, product owners, release managers and other stakeholders for feature development / resolving issues
  • Coach the team with best engineering practices and should have excellent debugging skills

Qualifications


Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science
