Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment for Retail Sales staff along with back-office profiles (Pan India Level).
  • Create an Annual Manning budget and have approval from the Management.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Preparing and aligning the Job Description with the business heads for existing and new
    roles
  • Preparing recruitment adverts for emailers, social media and recruitment portals
  • Scheduling monthly recruitment discussions with business heads to evaluate current and
    future needs
  • Create a Talent pipeline with internal and external candidates to reduce the hiring time for
    any new position
  • Assist the Head of HR with the organisations talent succession planning, promotions,
    reshuffle of manpower, transfers etc
  • Sourcing of candidates through various resources - job portals, references, headhunting,
    traveling to source markets
  • Conducting all telephonic and in person interviews
  • Short listing and finalising candidates
  • Conducting verification and background checks
  • Creating the financial and non-financial offer letter and take relevant approvals
  • Responsible to prepare and ensure that Induction and Onboarding is conducted for each new
    joiner
  • Coach and mentor operations teams, to develop their interviewing skills
  • Conduct regular trainings on interviewing skills and interviewing support material
  • Coordinate and conduct Performance reviews (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)

Skills Required


  • Hands-on experience in using job portals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience-Minimum 6 -8 years of recruitment
  • Deep understanding of compensation structures and related laws
  • Experience in an HR generalist role will be an added advantage
  • Flexibility to travel within India
  • Someone who has been instrumental in driving growth for an organisation
