We are a product-based company, on a mission, to make K12 education playful, engaging, and experience-based. We are providing an ecosystem for institutions and businesses to make students learn Artificial Intelligence and robotics.

We are looking for a full-time Full-time AI and Robotics Program Manager with a passion for developing, teaching, and implementing new-age innovative curricula like Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, and STEM.

You will be responsible to execute a technology-driven, innovative, and experiential learning-based program for schools and individual customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conceptualize, develop and execute various STEM-based programs for Schools, CSR, and individual customers.
• Coordination with various Schools/ Centers/ Labs/ Channel Partners to ensure our programs are implemented in the desired way and benefiting our ultimate customers – the students.

• Coordinate with the team of trainers in day-to-day operations.
• Managing complete after-sales technical support to clients/ school by allocating proper technical curriculum.
• Pre-sales technical support to business development/sales team to pitch various products and solutions.

• Demonstrate STEM programs at various events.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Strong interest in STEM education and teaching to school & college students.
• Experience in the areas of robotics, 3D Printing, Electronics, Arduino, IoT, science experiments. Interest in creative things like arts, paper crafts, and DIY project making.
• Experience in developing STEM, Robotics, and Creative education models/programs.
• Mid-management work experience in/ with school/ academic institutions/ academic service providers.

• Passion for bringing an innovative change in our education system.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Fluency in English/Hindi.
• Ability to manage and communicate with a large group of audience. Ability to deal with children and youth in an interesting and meaningful manner.
• Proficiency in computer applications and internet usage.
• Passionate to work in a challenging and growth-driven entrepreneurial environment while stepping out of my comfort zone to achieve desired goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and adhere to strict deadlines and to manage competing priorities.

Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, IT or B.Sc - IT, Electronics, Physics or any other equivalent degree.
• 1-3 years experience in the management of educational programs.
• 4-5 years experience in STEM, AI and Robotics

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹32,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
