Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing the sales operations of the premium Packaging mineral water across a designated region. This role involves formulating strategic plans, managing a team of Area Sales Managers, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and strategic partners in the region.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and market leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement region-specific promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, preparing reports and presenting insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management in the packaged drinking water or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
