Major job Objectives/Expectations

Perform field trials

  • Lay out filed experiment at farmers field
  • Conduct field trials for dose setting/product development of Insecticides/Fungicides/Herbicides/PGRs/Bio-stimulants at fields depending upon the requirements of the area
  • Support in collecting, recording, analyzing and interpreting data gathered from the field trials.
  • Test the crop in which pesticide has to be used in order to decide the required dosage to be further informed to the Product Management Team
  • Observe field conditions and assess the prevalence of insect- pests
  • Keep up to date with current developments in the industry

Compliance & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaising with clients/customers, research personnel and technical development staff
  • Support in Coordination with audit trails and accompanying visiting auditors.
  • Help undertake demonstrations and presentations for commercial clients.
  • Ensure that all trials are done within government regulations

Age criteria (if any)

25 -35years

Years of experience range:

0-4years

Educational criteria

Ph. D ( Entomology), Ph. D (Agronomy), Ph. D - Plant Pathology or

M. Sc (Agrochemical)

Prior Experience if any

Agrochemical

Desirable Behavioral Skills

Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) .

Has Strong problem-solving, analytical skills.

Has good Business Acumen.
