Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting inquiries into bookings. Collaborate with the sales manager to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, travel agents, event planners, and other stakeholders. Address their inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to contribute to the development of competitive sales strategies.
Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, networking events, and sales trips to promote the resort and establish valuable connections within the industry.
Feedback Management: Gather client feedback and reviews, ensuring prompt responses and taking necessary actions to address any concerns or issues raised.
Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or event coordination, preferably within the resort or hotel industry.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple inquiries and events simultaneously.
Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all sales-related documentation and correspondence.
Proficiency in using reservation and sales software applications, as well as standard office productivity tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
