Grooming and Personality development of all trainees (100 %).

  • Organize motivational sessions by involving various subject experts.
  • Organize sessions on financial literacy for 100 % trainees
  • Attend mobilizations sessions at village level/community level- 10 meetings
  • Ensure prayer sessions for trainees on daily basis.
  • Follow-up of placed trainees at their work places- 10 placed trainees
  • Meet with at least 5 Recruiters/employers.
  • Participate at least in 02 exposure visits
  • Follow-up OJTs (On Job Trainings)of Trainees-
  • Explore and coordinate with different subject experts
  • Ensure the Data collection of the whole batch
  • Monthly Data transfer in the SEDI Software.
  • Facilitate Birthday celebrations of Trainees during the Batches
  • Ensure rewards/recognitions/appreciations to performing trainees
  • Ensure minimum dropout in the batch
  • Ensuring at least 90 percent attendance of the batch
