Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate will :

Be responsible for meeting company sales, budget and profit goals.
Be responsible to target customers in construction/ RMC industries to develop and implement specific marketing strategies
Work closely with relevant departments throughout the sales process.
Have a Detailed technical presentation and discussions with customers
Prepare proposal and cost estimations and quotations.
Follow-up with the customers for deal finalizations.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Be a team player
Explore the Market potential for business growth & outperforming the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

Industry: Construction / Engineering / Cement / Metals / RMC
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
Fluent in English , Hindi and regional languages (both spoken and written) for communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Able to travel frequently.
Must be aware of the geographical locations.
